Cashew Ricotta, Cream, Mozzarella, and Garlic Cheese Recipe

The problem with vegan cheese (and a lot of allergy free food) is that the manufacturers ignore that their ingredients start with a slightly different taste profile than the originals. Instead of working with those different tastes to create a unique foodstuff you can use as a “cheese”, they just bodge right through and declare that the finished product is tastes just like cheddar cheese when at its best it tastes like plastic and at its worst it tastes like cardboard. I had given up on dairy free cheese until I learned about cashew “cheese.” The thing that makes this dairy free vegan cheese recipe work is that it plays into the flavor of the cashews, adds a hint of nutty cheese flavor with nutritional yeast and the slight cheese tang with lemon juice. Cashew cheese doesn’t taste like a traditional dairy cheese (or plastic sawdust vegan cheese) but a unique flavor that allows you to do cheesy things with it. This cashew cheese recipe is very versatile. You can use it to make

Shopping Loyalty Club Card Organizer

I have a ton of frequent buyer cards. Some I use often, others not so much. I thought I was being a clever, clever girl when I put, my AAA card, medical card and all of those shopping cards in a separate zippered holder in my purse when I ran out of room to hold money in my wallet.

That worked for a bit.

It still takes me a good couple of minutes to shuffle through the cards to find the one I need. The ones I use the most like my medical and library cards hide in the mess. I'm embarrassed when I shuffle over them and hold up the checkout line.

Most of my loyalty cards are big and don’t have a little key ring guy.

I grabbed a paper hole punch and went to work on the big plastic cards.

 Punch! Punch! Punch!

I put the plastic loyalty cards on a separate key ring. My medical card and the paper loyalty cards stay in the pouch.

 All organized!

Good thing I did this when I did this. Last Saturday Husband and I went to the movies and ended up with three more loyality cards. A replacement AMC Movie Club Card,  a Gamestop card, and a Godiva Chocolate card. I love the Godiva card most of all!

How do you keep your cards organized?

This is brilliant! At the moment my cards are in a business card organizer but it's too bulky and heavy to keep in my purse so I keep it in my car and then forget my card many times.
That's such a great idea! all of my cards are a mess, they take up SO much room!
