Quick and Easy Corned Beef Hash Recipe

I had some leftover corned beef in the refrigerator that was too much for one person to eat and a bit too little to reheat and serve by itself for dinner. I also had a few potatoes in the pantry that I needed to use and decided to get these two crazy kids together and made corned beef hash for dinner! Grilled Garlic Salmon Recipe

Today's #SummerGrilling recipe has been sponsored by Hamilton Beech, BBQ Guys, and The Spice House, however, all opinions are my own. This post may contain affiliate links for your convenience. #ad #SummerGrilling #HamiltonBeach #imabbqguy #TheSpiceHouse

One of my favorite quick and easy healthy meals to make is fish, even better when I can grill it, which up until now, I’ve had to wait until summer and hope it doesn’t rain. Thanks to our sponsor Hamilton Beach® Indoor Searing Grill (you can learn more about it here) I can now grill indoors year round! Let’s do this!

Quick and Easy Grilled Garlic Salmon Recipe

You will need the following ingredients:

Olive oil

Lake Shore Drive Seasoning – you can find it here in The Spice House Best Sellers Collection
Salmon

Step by step how to make it:

The tricky thing about grilling salmon, is that it all too easy to overcook it. This is no longer a problem thanks to our sponsor BBQ Guys for providing us with the this iGrill mini grilling thermometer that works with your phone so you can still check your grill if need to step away from it for a minute.

1. Lightly brush olive oil on both sides of every piece of salmon you want to grill.

2. Turn the Hamilton Beech Indoor Searing Grill on and set it to Sear. When the green Ready light is lit the grill is hot enough to grill.

Time to get cooking!

3. Season the top of each salmon fillet with Lake Shore Drive Seasoning that has among its ingredients garlic, chives, scallions, green peppercorns, and salt that goes perfectly with fish and more!

4. Sear the salmon on the grill top side down for a five minutes. This will lock in the flavor. We will cook it until it is done in Step 6.

5. Turn the temperature to 375 degrees (F ) on the Indoor Searing Grill.

6. Turn the salmon over on the grill and insert the iGrill probe in the thickest part of the salmon and open  the iGrill app on your Android or IOS device.
